FairPour Coffee Roasters is a proudly small, community-driven business rooted in Upstate New York. Since opening our doors in 2016 as FairPour Café, we've been passionate about bringing people together through exceptional specialty grade coffee, innovative brewing methods, and a welcoming vibe that celebrates local connections.

In 2019, we took the next step in our journey by diving into small-batch roasting and rebranding as FairPour Coffee Roasters. Today, from our home base in the historic Cannery building in Fairport, we craft thoughtful, high-quality coffees sourced with care—always aiming to deliver a truly fair pour to every guest.

As a local small business, we thrive on the support of our communities and give back by creating spaces where creativity, quality, and connection flourish. We proudly offer a full, made-to-order food menu prepared fresh with quality ingredients to complement your coffee experience perfectly.

In 2025, we expanded our family with two new locations: one in the iconic Ironworks building in Ithaca, and another in the vibrant Neighborhood of Play in downtown Rochester. These new spots let us share our craft—with the same hand-crafted beverages and made-to-order food—with even more neighbors, fostering the passion, innovation, and genuine hospitality that started it all.
