This Ethiopia is a washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe Kochere region, which is known for producing really exciting coffees.

The high elevation in which the crop is grown and the process of extracting the bean through a washing station imparts some really aromatic floral notes. It also has a beautiful sweetness that is reminiscent of ripe stone-fruit with a dessert like finish to it.

The notes of this coffee shine through best when used on pour over or drip coffee.
